Plant Data Collection & Manufacturing Performance Tracking with use of SAP MII
- Script 1: foremen of the plant shop floor downloads production orders from SAP PP and manages theses with use of SAP MII interface (order release / closing, workplace allocation, check BOM & Material availabilty, check material drawing in 3D, check yield / scrap status, check workplace/machine occupation, analyze incident, comment or special instruction for an operation, …)
- Script 2: blue collar / worker opens the list of production orders for a specific workplace / operation and select / manage a production order (confirm/start set-up of machine, start/process production, block the operation/machine and trigger an incident, declare scrap, ....make a partial/final closing of the operation, ... )
- Script 3: Logistics & Production Managers check the production and logistics cockpits to control the overall production and inventory turns performances (OEE, ABC, Yield, ...)
