Participants will be guided through the new SAP Business Planning and Consolidation tool. The following examples will be shown:
Case 1: Bottom - Up planning process. Collection and validation of financial plans. User input, automated and manual data validation, process and status reporting, data locking.
Case 2: Top - Down planning process. Allocation of financial plans based on key ratios and review by budget holders. Central input, allocation of plan according to actuals, budget holder data validation/update.
Case 3: Business rules and data management. Copy, currency conversion, intercompany matching.
